Flu Shots & Staff Half PD Day Announcement
Good evening, this is Gary Haverfield, Superintendent at Beaverhead County High School with an important announcements regarding Flu shots for staff and students.
We have been working with our local County Public Health Department to schedule an opportunity for our local Health Officials to administer Flu shots to staff and students who would like to receive the vaccine.
FLU SHOTS are scheduled for Tuesday October 5th from 7:30 – 9:30 am at BCHS in our Staff/Board Room.
Parents & Students: Forms can be picked up in the office. Please fill out the form, including all signatures and bring it with you on Tuesday, October 5th.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office at 683-2361 between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm
