ROBO Call:  Public Announcement about Positive Test

Good Evening this is Gary Haverfield, Superintendent at Beaverhead County High School with an important announcement regarding students confirmed positive COVID-19 test.

On September 22, 2021, Beaverhead County High School was notified that a high school student have tested positive for COVID-19.  According to the Beaverhead County Public Health Department, the District’s staff and students were not in contact with the affected students during the period of possible exposure. As a result, there will be no contact tracing exercises needed and no students or staff are close contacts.

Beaverhead County High School and Beaverhead County Public Health are in regular contact to ensure that the high school is taking all precautions to reduce the chance of COVID-19 spread in the school. Please be assured that the safety of your child is our top priority.

It is still recommended that any person who feels sick or ill, seek out their medical provider for specific instructions. The School District is in contact with the Health Department and reviewing the Centers for Disease Control guidance to complete cleaning the school and other related facilities.
