ROBO Call: Friday, January 22, 2021: Beaverhead County High School Return to Level II protocols

Good evening, this is Gary Haverfield, Superintendent at Beaverhead County High School with an important announcement regarding Monday’s schedule and the District’s Partial Opt-Out option. 

Next Week Monday through Thursday January 25-28 all students will attend school in person, except those students who have fully Opted-out of onsite instruction. Friday January 29 will continue to be a mandatory day for all Non-Proficient students to attend school in person. Friday is also a day for all students to attend if they are wanting to receive extra help and/or complete tests, quizzes, and projects.

The week of February 1st -5th will follow the Level III A/B schedule.

All students have the option to request a Partial Opt-Out of a class or classes due to COVID-19 concerns.

Any student interested in this option should go to our website at www.bchsmt.com and look under the tab entitled: BCHS Plan/Protocols to Return to Level II.  Under this tab you will find the following information regarding the partial Opt-out plan.

 

  • A copy of the Partial Opt-Out  guidelines
  • A copy of the Partial Opt-Out request form (Form Attached – 1 page)
  • List of classes that students are not allowed to Opt-out
  • List of classes that we cannot guarantee a socially distanced classroom – This list has been updated and classes added to the list

 

Just a reminder that the list of classes that cannot social distance has been revised and it is posted to our website.  Please review the list on our website to ensure you have the most current information regarding your son or daughter schedule.
