Semester Test Schedule and Check Out Information

Good evening! This is Megan Conrow the Superintendent at Beaverhead County High School with an important announcement regarding our upcoming semester finals and end of year check out process. Our modified semester test schedule starts on Friday, May 23rd, which is a review day.  Semester finals will begin on Tuesday, May 27th and run until Thursday, May 29th. As noted in the letter and the schedule that was emailed earlier this week, the afternoon of Thursday, May 29th is only required if students were not able to complete a final during the scheduled times. Students who have completed all 7 finals on time do not have to return to school after lunch on Thursday, May 29. Buses will run their normal schedule on all days, including Thursday. The buses will run on Friday at 2:30 PM and will run on Tuesday-Thursday at 3:30 PM. Any finals that are not complete by the end of the day on Thursday, May 30th will become a zero in the grade book. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent your child from completing one or more of their finals, please contact our Assistant Principal Rob Hankins to schedule a time to complete their final the week of June 2nd.

Check out day starts at 8:00 AM on Friday, May 30th and runs until noon. Students can arrive any time between 8:00 AM and 11:30 on this day to ensure they can get through checkout by 12:00 PM. Buses will run at 12:00 PM on Friday, May 30th. A copy of the letter and semester test schedule with information on checkout day that was emailed home can also be found on the homepage of our school website at www.bchsmt.com.
