2024-2025 2nd Semester Finals Schedule
Hello BCHS Families,
It is hard to believe but we are closing in on the end of the 2024-25 school year. Attached please find the upcoming semester final schedule. Our semester finals will start with a review day on Friday, May 23 and testing will begin on Tuesday, May 27 and run through Thursday, May 29. Starting on Friday, May 23, our regular bell schedule will be replaced with the attached schedule and will continue through finals week, please let me know if you have any questions.
All finals should be complete by Thursday, May 29. If for some reason your child is not able to make their scheduled final time please contact Assistant Principal, Mr. Hankins to schedule a time on June 2 or after to take the final. We do not allow students to take finals early unless there are significant extenuating circumstances that have been approved prior to finals week starting.
Below are some important dates to help you prepare for the end of the year.
Thursday, May 22: Senior Checkout Day
Friday, May 23: Final Review Day (See Schedule)
Sunday, May 25: Graduation @ 2:00 PM in BW Lodge
Tuesday, May 27 - Thursday, May 29: Finals Week (See Schedule)
Thursday, May 29: If students complete all finals on time they are done at 11:30 AM, buses run at 3:30 PM. (See Schedule)
Thursday, May 29: Finals Makeup from 12:50 PM - 3:30 PM (All finals must be completed by 3:30 PM unless you have made arrangements with Mr. Hankins.)
Friday, May 30: Checkout Day, Students should arrive at the school between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM so that they can be checked out by 11:55 AM. Buses will run at 11:55 AM.
At the end of this year, I am retiring from BCHS. I am so excited to welcome Dr. Josh Patterson as the new Superintendent/Principal. His first day will be July 1, 2025.
Thank you everyone for the work that you do to help us educate your children. I truly feel so lucky to have been able to call BCHS home for so many years! I will take with me so many great memories of students, families and experiences. I hope you all enjoy your summer and good luck next year!
