Good evening, this is Megan Conrow the Superintendent at Beaverhead County High School. I am calling to remind families that Friday, January 19th is the last day of our Semester 1 finals schedule. As you saw on the schedule that was mailed to you, students will take their 6th and 7th period finals tomorrow morning, with the last final ending at 11:30 AM. If students have completed all of their finals, they do not have to return to school in the afternoon on Friday, January 19th.  On Friday afternoon, all teachers will be available in their classroom to allow students to make up any finals that they missed or didn’t finish throughout the week. Any finals that are not complete by the end of the day on Friday will become a zero in the grade book. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevented your child from completing one or more of their finals, please contact our Assistant Principal Rob Hankins to schedule a time to complete their final next week. You can reach him by calling the main office at 406-683-2361 during normal school hours.
As noted in the information that was sent home, buses on Friday will run their normal schedule, departing from the main office at 2:30 PM.  If students have completed all of their finals on Friday and are planning to ride the bus they will need to return to the school by 2:30 to get on the bus. If you have any questions, please contact the high school office. As a reminder, all ROBO call transcripts can be found on our high school website at www.bchsmt.com.
Thank you and have a great evening.
