Bussing Information
There are 3 key elements required for route bus registration with BCHS:
BCHS only offers route bus transportation from, "Home to School, School to Home, and/or School to a BCHS Approved Day-Care Provider." In order to receive approval, the requested schedule must reflect a pickup and drop-off at the student's home or an approved bus pickup/drop-off location.
BCHS route bus schedules only offer transportation from, "an approved bus pickup/drop-off location or the student's primary residence." The primary residence listed on a route bus registration form must match the primary residence filed with the child's school.
The morning pickup location and afternoon drop-off location, "must be the same location every school day."
Route bus registrations that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will be automatically denied. An appeal process is available should you disagree with the initial route bus registration decision. The appeal process is outlined in the Uniform Complaint Procedure below. To aid in the process, our BCHS Transportation appeal form can also be found below.
