Good evening freshmen, sophomore, and junior students and parents, this is Gary Haverfield, Superintendent at BCHS. I am sending you this ROBO call regarding the schedule that we have established for the underclassmen to follow to effectively checkout of school next week.

The information regarding the Underclassmen Checkout Procedures which can be found at www.bchsmt.com under the Underclassmen Dates & Timelines Link.

Just a few reminders:

  • Students, your last assignment for the staff was to reply to your teacher’s survey regarding our online delivery.  This data is extremely valuable to our staff as we assess and evaluate this quarter’s online methods.  Please respond to your teacher’s survey.
  • All work needs to be turned in by Tuesday May 26 by 4:00 pm
  • I cannot stress enough the importance of parents and students reading through the dates and timelines information, especially all the bullet points regarding the procedures we will be using for students to check out of school. Again this information is on the website under the Underclassmen Checkout Procedures and it was emailed to each students gmail account on Monday. If you did not receive this information, please call the school on Tuesday, so we can resend this information to you.
  • Just a reminder: If you have been out of state, you must self-quarantine for 14 days – Please contact the office if you have been out of state in the past week or you have plans to go out of state prior to student checkout

Parents and students we will be sending the scheduled date and time of checkout to the student school gmail account today, Friday, May 22nd.  Parents, please check with your child to make sure they received the email with their scheduled date and time for student checkout.  Each student will have a specific day and time to check out.  Therefore, students please arrive precisely at the high school at the time indicated on the checkout schedule.  Please contact the school at 683-2361 if you do not receive the email so we can resend the information.
